Ty is an IFMGA licensed Mountain Guide that started his career in 2011 with the Colorado Outward Bound School. Originally from Lee New Hampshire, Ty first developed his passion for the outdoors by backcountry skiing on the eastern flanks of Mt Washington in New Hampshire’s Presidential range. Currently Residing in Bozeman Montana, Ty recreates as much as possible in and around the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. He is passionate about teaching guests to be efficient partners, backcountry travelers, and loves to share his passion for ecology and stewardship of public land. Although Bozeman is home, Ty also finds time to purse his not-yet-forgotten passion of surfing.
