Roger, a Colorado native, now splits his time between his home state and Wyoming, pursuing his passion for the mountains year-round. He began his career on skis as a guide and instructor, eventually serving as head coach of the University of Colorado’s Freeskiing Team before transitioning to full-time guiding. An Aspirant American Mountain Guide, Roger also dedicates significant time to search and rescue. He thrives on working with adventurers of all ages and experience levels, believing that guiding is a powerful way to connect people with the natural world.
