Jake is an IFMGA licensed guide based in Victor, ID. He guides ski and climbing trips throughout the Western US, Alaska, Europe, and South America. His affection for exploring new mountain ranges has taken Jake around the globe. 

He has worked across the avalanche industry as a forecaster, ski guide, patroller and avalanche educator.

Jake’s favorite discipline of mountain guiding is spring ski expeditions. From Alaska Range ski plane trips to the Fjords of Iceland and North Cascades ski traverses, he loves sharing the adventure of spending time in high peaks on skis.

When the snow melts you can find Jake working as a guide for Exum in the Tetons. Jake enjoys working with guests to accomplish future goals and push their skill sets in all aspects of mountain travel.
