Climbs and skis with experience on 5 of 7 continents. Full time IFMGA certified mountain guide. Currently Evan guides for Exum Mountain Guides, Alpine Ascents International and Northern Alpine Guides in Lofoten, Norway. Private guiding has allowed him to gain experience and knowledge in the Swiss Valais. Evan started his career at the National Outdoor Leadership School and he also instructed for the U.S. Antarctic Program. Known as being friendly, calm and easy to get along with. Many clients have returned to climb with Evan in the Tetons, Wind River Range and places like Red Rocks, the Alaska Range and Alps. He lives in Victor, Idaho with his wife and their siamese cat. He’s a very average carpenter but likes working on his house. Preferred vacation is mellow surf that occasionally reaches overhead.
