Andrew is a passionate Rock, Alpine, Ski and Splitboard Guide. He has been climbing and skiing since he was 13. Andrew’s climbing origins are in competition sport climbing where he competed for the US National Team in 2008. Since competing, he has shifted his focus to guiding, completing AMGA’s Advanced Rock Guide, Alpine Guide, Advanched Ski Guide, and Ice instructor course. He has worked full time as a climbing guide since 2015, and for Exum starting this year. He is a dedicated student of climbing, having studied, and even written about, rock climbing origins in various regions of Colorado. While he enjoys taking clients out in any terrain, he is especially interested in working on technical systems and climbing technique in small group or one-on-one settings.
