Being born in Colorado allowed Thomas to experience the outdoors at a very young age. He began skiing at the age of 2 and was climbing by the time he was 8. This allowed him to gain an unmatched love for the outdoors. His love of conservation pushed him to earn a BA in Outdoor Recreation and Education from Western Colorado University. He strives to instill this love of the outdoors with everyone he comes in contact with, making any time in the mountains with Thomas a positive experience. He is currently working towards an IFMGA certification and begin a career with Exum. Thomas currently resides in Jackson Hole with his girlfriend Snow and dog Dirt.
